Summer 2017

Have a look at shots from Tällberg. Great memories from May one year back. Our program included music from Eino-Juhani Rautavaara, Jean Sibelius and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

We also had fun at a drone photoshoot in Helsinki, by Kaisaniemenpuisto in August.

April 2016

​
We had a memorable trip to Svalbard, where we played music from Jean Sibelius, Ludwig van Beethoven and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at an international conference, organised by Aurora Borealis Foundation. What an experience, looking back with warm feelings. We also had some exciting time riding snowmobiles in the ice fields. One of the vehicles even got stuck in the melted ice, but luckily we managed to push it on solid ground . An unforgettable journey all in all.

These photos are from a memorable concert in Leksand Church, Sweden. It was super to play music from Aulis Sallinen, among the other wonderful artists from all around the globe.

2012-2014

Spring 2012​

These photos were taken at Turku Arts Academy, Crichton-hall. By this very grand piano we have practised and played in student concerts already in 2009 and before.​
​
A big thank you to the fantastic music education system, both on the music school and academic level, for having the opportunity to study playing a classical instrument !

Importantly, the joy of making music together continues, share it with us !

2012 - 2016​

Weddings, weddings and weddings...Music has always a central role in wedding parties, it is a joy to be part of these important moments !
We also played at Tällberg Foundations workshop in Helsinki and a world premiere of a Christmas opera at Heinola Church!

Has been great make music with these ladies!
Autumn 2017
​
It was fun to play at URA-foundations event in Helsinki. This time our string quartet had some hardcore players as reinforcement!
​
We had also great time in Football Club TPS's celebration, congratulations for the spectacular season !
The idea became reality and Lumo Ensemble was established !
